We are a traditional Florianópolis café and bistro, as we affectionately call it here on the island. Because we are attached to the hotel, we welcome tourists and coffee lovers from all over the world, and to please all tastes, we have a varied menu that caters to everything from delicious breakfasts and business lunches to happy hour with friends. The Café and Bistro offers delicious specialty coffees, the best of traditional coffee shops, snacks, brunch options, and an excellent wine list.

We also offer a selection of dishes and drinks to suit all tastes and times of day, including vegan and vegetarian options, which balance flavor and quality, providing a unique tasting experience.
